About Team RISE

Team RISE is more than just a name; it is a mindset and a movement. Team RISE transforms tennis from an individual pursuit into a shared journey of growth and support. In a sport often defined by its solo nature, we cultivate a culture that values collaboration, accountability, and peer-driven motivation. Players grow with each other, not just beside each other.

Through our RISE Individual Performance Programs (RIPP), athletes develop their technical skills, mental strength, leadership abilities, and personal growth all within a connected community. Group training, mentorship, service projects, and team events provide the structure and support players need to stay engaged and thrive.

This model attracts new athletes, sustains passion for the game, and reduces dropout rates often caused by burnout or isolation. More importantly, it prepares young players to be strong teammates, resilient leaders, and well-rounded individuals on and off the court.

What is RIPP

The RISE Individual Performance Program (RIPP) is a personalized, high-impact development experience designed to unlock the full potential of junior tennis athletes. Drawing from the energy and intensity behind the word “rip” a term used in tennis to describe aggressive, confident shot-making, RIPP empowers athletes to bring that same drive and focus to every aspect of their journey, both on the court and in life.

Built around the R.I.S.E. framework: Resilience, Intentional Growth, Self-Leadership, and Excellence, this program goes beyond physical skill-building to develop emotionally intelligent, initiative-taking, and mentally tough players prepared to thrive under pressure.

RIPP focuses not only on the technical and physical aspects of young athletes, but also on their personal growth and leadership qualities. By integrating leadership, mentorship, and life skills into our junior tennis player development program, players become not only better athletes but also responsible, empathetic, and empowered individuals.
